Cotangent Invited Residency Summer 2020 - Lizette Nin
Tangent Projects is very excited to announce that Lizette Nin will be the Cotangent Invited Resident Artist for 2020. Her residency will take place in August.
Lizette Nin is a Dominican visual artist, working primarily with photography and alternative printing. She has participated in several collective shows, including Women's Space NYC, Biennale of Caribbean Photography, Photo Image, Universidad Autónoma De Santo Domingo, The Leon Jiménez Cultural Center, Biennale Biennale Salon Bien Artes Santo Domingo. Her solo exhibition, WO, was exhibited in Tangent Projects gallery during February 2020.
Lizette is currently taking part in MACBA’s Independent Study Programme (PEI) - April 2019 to June 2020.
She has also been awarded a six month Artist Residency (Sept 2020 – Feb 2021) in La Escocesa, Barcelona.
